Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 2,000
- A standard shipping fee applies to orders below Rs. 2,000 and is calculated at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for eligible locations.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. Our support team will contact you to arrange re-delivery if applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
Nelque is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify the courier if possible and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the package and product.
