Return & Refund Policy

At Nelque, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Earrings (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the package

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.


Refund Process

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items sent by Nelque

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), Nelque will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
